A word of advice if you’re ever going to do a 24 hour comic; try not to lose all your equipment at the first tube stop you exit. It can be kind of daunting when the host says “5,4,3,2,1…start your comics!” and you look in your bag to find you’ve dropped all your paint brushes, your dip pen, ruler and pencil outside of Charing Cross station. But thanks to the kindness of strangers, and Jim Medway, I managed to scrounge two brushes and a dip pen in a matter of minutes so I could get started. Although it was like wearing someone else’s shoes, I did the best I could and ended up enjoying it far more than I’d expected, although I’ll probably never do it again. This is Station, which has been described as “bleak” and “it’s good…yeah, it’s..er, good…a bit peculiar though”.

real lovely, like it just rolled off your hand.
thank you very much. i enjoyed doing it.
this is really great, well worth the effort of clicking through each picture. are you going to make this into a proper comic?
hey thanks mate! i wasn't planning on it, but maybe. i could stick it at the end of a Trains as an 'extra' or just do it as a black and white mini. i like it being brown though.
HA HA HA FUCKING BRILLIANT!! Had me laughing out loud and also strangely beautiful in its execution which reminded me faintly of John Glashan
(I guess the wash and the minimalist pen strokes).
Have finally started ploughing through the pile of comics I scored on Sunday and loved Trains... no1, looking forward to reading the others.
